One Account Policy

- Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.

Account Security

Withdrawal Conditions

Bonus Abuse

In-play betting odds are updated in real time during a match. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the bdgoga sportsbook engine, the odds at which the bet was placed are locked and cannot be changed retroactively. bdgoga reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a match at its sole discretion, including during periods of significant momentum shifts or where data integrity cannot be guaranteed.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or recording of a game round or wager, bdgoga will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome from available logs. Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your bdgoga account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, ensure that any real-money balance has been fully withdrawn. Bonus balances remaining at the time of account closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability
