These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bdgoga ("bdgoga", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://bdgoga.net and all associated sub-domains, applications, and services (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of the Platform, and by using the Platform, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein.

bdgoga reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be interpreted and enforced in English. Any translation of these Terms into another language is provided for informational convenience only and does not carry legal weight. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version prevails.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Account" The registered user account created by you on the bdgoga Platform, through which you access all games, betting markets, cashier functions, and support services.
• "Balance" The total funds held in your bdgoga Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" Any promotional credits, free spin values, or matching bonus amounts credited to your Account under a specific promotion, subject to the applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bdgoga before processing a withdrawal, involving submission of valid government-issued identification documents.

bdgoga employs automated and manual age verification checks as part of its KYC process. Any user who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will have their account suspended immediately and all pending withdrawals held until verification is completed. If verification reveals that a user was under 18 at the time of registration, the account will be closed, all winnings will be voided, and deposits will be returned minus any bonuses claimed, in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one active bdgoga account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bdgoga reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Void all pending bets, bonus credits, and promotional rewards associated with any of the duplicate accounts.
• Withhold any withdrawals pending investigation of the account activity.
• Retain winnings derived from bonus funds across duplicate accounts.

Account Security

Withdrawal Conditions

Deposit Limitations

Wagering Requirements

Not all games contribute equally towards meeting the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Bonus Abuse

In the event of a match being abandoned, delayed, or cancelled, bdgoga's default settlement rule is to void all open bets on that fixture and return stakes to the user's account balance, unless a specific in-play market has already been settled prior to the interruption.

In-play betting odds are updated in real time during a match. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the bdgoga sportsbook engine, the odds at which the bet was placed are locked and cannot be changed retroactively. bdgoga reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a match at its sole discretion, including during periods of significant momentum shifts or where data integrity cannot be guaranteed.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or recording of a game round or wager, bdgoga will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome from available logs. By registering and using a bdgoga account, you agree to abide by the following obligations at all times. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the Platform, the safety of all users, and compliance with applicable laws and standards.

You Must Not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or support interaction.
• Use the Platform if you are a minor (under 18 years of age) or if you know or suspect that you are registering on behalf of a minor.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform's games, sportsbook, or cashier functions in a manner not intended for human users.

• Cooperate fully and promptly with any KYC or enhanced due diligence request made by bdgoga's verification team.
• Notify bdgoga immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, and reach out to the support team for assistance without hesitation.
• Ensure that any deposit you make is funded from a payment account that legally belongs to you — not a family member's account, not a corporate account, and not a borrowed card.

bdgoga reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the circumstances described throughout these Terms.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your bdgoga account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, ensure that any real-money balance has been fully withdrawn. Bonus balances remaining at the time of account closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Once closed, your account history, transaction records, and personal data will be retained for the period required by applicable data retention obligations.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life or the lives of those around you, bdgoga strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool available in your account's responsible gaming settings. Self-exclusion requests submitted via the support team take effect within one hour of confirmation. bdgoga will also make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded accounts during the exclusion period. Effects of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, due to a Terms breach, or via self-exclusion — the following apply:

• All active bonus balances are immediately forfeited.
• Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure for cause (i.e., due to confirmed fraud or Terms breach) may be withheld pending investigation, and may be forfeited in full if the investigation confirms the breach.
• Real-money balances in accounts closed voluntarily or via self-exclusion will be returned to the user's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.
• Re-registration under a new username, email address, or phone number by a user whose account has been permanently closed for cause is strictly prohibited and constitutes a further breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdgoga's total liability to any user in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdgoga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence on the part of bdgoga, where such exclusion would be unlawful.
